About Pres-KL 2021

Paediatric rheumatology was first established as a new discipline in pediatrics five decades ago. Since then, this subspecialty has expanded especially in the West but the awareness of these diseases is still poor in South East Asia. Training programs and access to subspecialty care is limited in most countries and absent in some. This is the first basic paediatric rheumatology educational course in South East Asia and spans over two exciting days. Paediatric Musculoskeletal Matters (PMM) Portfolio - Free resource for paediatric rheumatology

The Paediatric Musculoskeletal Matters Portfolio (PMM) was developed by Prof Helen Foster, colleagues from the Newcastle University, United Kingdom and many other global partners.

The PMM Portfolio includes the PMM website, the pGALS app and PMM e-modules. PMM targets paediatricians, nurses and allied health as well as medical and nursing students. The aim of this portfolio is to help improve knowledge and skills in paediatric musculoskeletal conditions. PMM has also been endorsed by PReS, RCPCH and NICE as an educational e-resource.

Access is free and open to all. Registration which is also free and can be easily performed, is required to access the videos (pGALS, pREMS and many others) and that is also free and easy. The PMM website and the pGALS app have many translations of pGALS on other languages too.

The website can be accessed at http://www.pmmonline.org
